-Refunds and/or replacements are issued in the case of item damage ONLY.
-The customer is obliged to inform the seller within 24 hours about any damages s/he received in the order. Our delivery agent will deliver the new items once a proof of damage is provided by the customer and an exchange is approved by the seller.
-All items at WOW BOTIQUE are examined properly before being shipped to the customers.
-Videos and pictures of the items and the packaging Process is recoded by WOW BOTIQUE for safety purposes and the customer's satisfaction.
- Items may be exchanged or refunded if items are still untouched with the hygiene protection and the price tag are still on.
-Exchange of Lingerie is NOT accepted under local and international law of lingerie policy.
-Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items we regret that it is not possible for us to accept any returns.
