Refund Policy implies to Leather and Body Chain section . Items can be exchanged or refunded if items are still untouched and carrying the price tag . The customer is obliged to inform the seller within 24 hours about any damage in the Leather items or chains . Lingerie refund is implied in the case of damage only . All items at WOW BOTIQUE co are examined properly and taken pictures and videos of before being shipped to the client .Exchange of Lingerie is not accepted under our lingerie policy.
